I started my real estate career in sales and marketing with Bob Rennie
at Rennie Marketing Systems after I left the classical music industry
as a professional bass player. After completing the marketing and
sales campaigns for various preconstruction condominium developments in
Yaletown, East Vancouver, and Richmond, I moved on to other
preconstruction condominium sales projects with Bosa Properties.
After gaining extensive experience in the preconstruction property
sales and marketing process, I became a real estate representative with
one of Vancouver's most esteemed brokerage firms, Macdonald Realty,
where I offered realty services to buyers and sellers. At Macdonald, I
focused on offering sales, marketing, and staging services to sellers
for properties on the resale market and as well as brokering contracts
of purchase and sale for preconstruction properties between my own
client base and many different prominent developers in the Lower
Mainland. Over the years of dealing with preconstruction sales I
developed an expertise in brokering assignments of contracts of
purchase and sale. After my first year with Macdonald Realty, I was
presented with the Vancouver Downtown Top Producer Award.
In August 2010, I joined Prospero International Realty Inc. where I
continue to offer residential real estate services to my clients.
Prospero, founded by Robert H. Lee in 1979, has a strong realty
presence in British Columbia and is also well known for its expertise
within the North American real estate market. The Prospero group
provides services in real estate sales and leasing, property
management, development, investment, and syndication.
When I am not working with my clients on real estate projects, I enjoy
exploring local lakes, hiking trails, and the lush coast line. In the
Winter months, my love for downhill skiing brings me to the slopes of
Whistler and Blackcomb. As a Vancouver native, I embrace the Westcoast
culture for health and wellness. Year round, I practice yoga and spend
time on university campuses educating students about health and
wellness through practicing yoga. Through my work in yoga, I also
fundraise for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Beyond yoga and
outdoor adventures, I routinely pay homage to my muse in the kitchen.
My kitchen is the site of infinite creations inspired by the bounty of
local farmers and wild plants foraged from around the coastal and
inland areas of British Columbia.
